PreggyCheck lets you permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do this from inside the app, or by contacting us.
Your account and its associated data are permanently deleted upon confirmation.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@preggycheck.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We process these requests within 30 days.
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete individual items — journal entries, notes, folders, uploaded documents, check-ups and previous-pregnancy records — by opening the item and tapping Delete. Deleted items are removed permanently. You can also email hello@preggycheck.com to request deletion of specific data; we process these requests within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing and transaction records), and only for as long as legally required. Residual copies held in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
